It’s a mistake Manny Pohl has seen play out over and over as an investor, and one that he is keen to avoid as a founder.
“Where something is founder-led, there needs to be a succession plan in place because the last thing you want is for them to be hit by a bus and then what happens next? And it's the same with our business here,” the founder and chair of ECP Asset Management told Capital Brief.
