AI infrastructure company Sharon AI has doubled down on its ambitions to float on the ASX as soon as next month, which would conclude a quick-fire dual listing after its surprise Nasdaq IPO in February.

“We are in the process of working through that,” Sharon AI co-founder and chief executive James Manning told Capital Brief.

“We are in a blackout until our statutory accounts are released on 31 March. Then we will be looking to formalise that process through April and May, and we have both Canaccord and Macquarie Bank engaged in that process. We may accelerate it based on a few components.”

Sydney-founded Sharon AI had signalled that it would list first on the local exchange, until cornerstone investments by US-based Oaktree Capital and Two Seas Capital appeared to convince the company to change the running order.
