WiseTech's Richard White, Linda Rogan settle bankruptcy court battle

Richard White's legal battle with laser clinic entrepreneur Linda Rogan has closed in the Federal Court after Rogan filed a notice of discontinuance on Monday and the parties settled the case.

Wellness entrepreneur Linda Rogan and WiseTech co-founder Richard White have settled their battle in the Federal Court.

Rogan filed a notice of discontinuance late Monday and the matter is now closed on the Federal Court file.

A spokesperson for White said “Mr White and Ms Rogan have settled the Federal Court proceeding which related to a commercial dispute".

“Ms Rogan has withdrawn all her allegations, and the parties are not pursuing any further court action.
