4DMedical rallies after securing $30.2m funding
The news: Medical technology company, 4DMedical, rallied after securing $30.2 million in funding by entering into an option agreement with Bell Potter Securities to fully underwrite the exercise of all its listed options at $1.36 per option.
Shares of 4DMedical jumped 10.29% to $2.25 at 1:52pm AEDT.
The numbers: 4DMedical reported that 8 million of its options have been exercised, leaving 14.2 million unwritten options, representing an underwriting of approximately $19.2 million. As of September 2025, 4DMedical will have a pro forma cash balance of $63.7 million.
What they said: “This agreement ensures that we have more than sufficient capital to execute our plans to commercialise CT:VQ and to lead the company through to profitability,” 4DMedical managing director and founder Andreas Fouras said.
“I look forward to keeping you updated as we advance our strategy of winning key US AMCs as reference sites for CT:VQ.”
