The news: Ansell's chief financial officer Zubair Javeed will resign next year after five years in the role.

The context: The personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturer said Javeed intends to resign from his position during the second quarter of the 2025 calendar year. Ansell has engaged an international search firm to identify his successor.

Javeed, who is based in Ansell's Brussels office, was previously CFO at plumbing fixture manufacturer Ideal Standard and medical devices company Creganna Medical, after nearly a decade at NYSE-listed CR Bard.

What they said: "Zubair has been instrumental in positioning Ansell on a path for sustained profitable growth," Ansell managing director and chief executive Neil Salmon said.

"He has played a key leadership role in driving supply chain improvements, our productivity program and most recently the successful acquisition and integration of the Kimberly-Clark PPE business and I am confident we will see continued success from these and other initiatives."
