ANZ taps Credit Suisse Australia boss Richard Gibb for board

The news: Outgoing Credit Suisse Australia chief executive Richard Gibb will join ANZ Group's board as a non-executive director.
The numbers: Gibb will step down from his role with Credit Suisse at the end of January, and join the boards of ANZ Group Holdings Limited, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and ANZ BH PTY LTD from 15 February.
The context: Gibb is a global banking veteran, who worked more than nine years in senior roles at Deutsche Bank across three continents and more than a decade at Merrill Lynch.
