ASX chief compliance officer Daniel Moran resigns
The news: ASX chief compliance officer Daniel Moran has announced his resignation after three years in the role and 15 years with the market operator.
The context: Moran first joined ASX as deputy general counsel in 2010 before being promoted to the group general counsel role in 2017. He started as chief compliance officer in 2022.
While the hunt for a permanent replacement takes place, general manager listings compliance Garth Riddell will fill the chief compliance officer role on an interim basis and manage day-to-day responsibilities of running ASX’s listing compliance function.
What they said: “Having served on the executive team for the past eight years, Daniel is a valued member of senior management and has helped the Group navigate a period of significant change and progress,” ASX managing director and CEO Helen Lofthouse said.
