ASX finance chief Andrew Tobin to retire

The news: Bourse operator ASX has announced its chief financial officer Andrew Tobin will retire.
The context: Tobin joined ASX in 2022 and leads the company’s finance, treasury, strategy and corporate affairs teams.
Anthony Attia, who will start as chief executive on 1 September, will lead a process to appoint Tobin’s successor.
Tobin will continue as CFO until his successor is appointed.
What they said: “Andrew has made a significant contribution over the past. four years as ASX navigated a demanding operating environment,” said interim CEO Darren Yip.
