ASX to rise as US tech climbs higher

The context: US tech giants bucked a weak session overnight on Wall Street. As most sectors declined the Magnificent Seven led tech indices higher. Among the best performers were Nvidia, which rose 3.69%, and Tesla, which ended 2.27% higher. Thin trading breadth is expected to result in a mixed session on the ASX today. The local market will close at 2:10pm for Christmas Eve.
