Audinate shares raise as it names Chris Rollinson as new CFO
The news: Audiovisual tech company Audinate has named Chris Rollinson as its new chief financial officer after the resignation of the incumbent, Rob Gross.
The numbers: Rollinson will take up the CFO role as well as company secretary, effective 14 October.
Audinate shares were up more than 3% to $10.46 in early trading on the ASX.
The context: The company did not disclose reasons for Gross’ resignation. It said Rollinson brings extensive financial and commercial expertise and will be instrumental in driving growth and ensuring the company delivers value to shareholders.
He has previously held senior roles at global advertising agency WPP as well as STW Communications.
In August, Audinate posted double-digit growth in FY24 revenue and earnings, but warned of declining revenue in FY25 as it faces a combination of headwinds.
