Australian shares set to rise after Wall Street gains

The context: The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 chalked up record closing highs on Friday, with the Nasdaq also in positive territory, as markets were boosted by an earnings-driven jump in Netflix shares and broader gains across the technology stocks.

What to Watch: Quarterly reports from miner South32 and property developer Stockland, which also holds its annual general meeting, as well as RBA deputy governor Andrew Hauser fireside chat with Commonwealth Bank head of Australian economics Gareth Aird.
