The news: Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has announced the promotion of Andy Heaton, Chilman Jain and Chris Bisset, to managing directors and partners in Australia and New Zealand.
The context: Heaton joined BCG in 2018 after a career in digital and IT strategy at Deloitte. He currently leads the company's digital operations agenda in ANZ.
Chilman has spent nearly a decade at BCG, primarily as part of the firm's health care practice, following executive roles at Westpac, Accenture and PepsiCo.
BCG hired Bisset in 2016 as an associate and he now co-leads the corporate finance and strategy practice in ANZ.
The new promotions take the number of local managing directors and partners to 45, down from 48 last year.
