BlueScope adds long-time exec John Nowlan to board, Peter Alexander retires

What they said: On Alexander's retirement, BlueScope chair Jane McAloon commented: "Since his appointment to the board in September 2022, Peter has brought thoughtful perspectives and deep industry knowledge, especially in relation to North American building and construction markets".
On Nowlan's appointment, McAloon said: "Beyond his extensive operational expertise in steelmaking and manufacturing, John will help maintain BlueScope's institutional memory, an asset that will greatly benefit the board during the company's next phase of growth and strategic execution".
