Capricorn Metals hits top end of FY26 gold guidance
The news: Capricorn Metals has produced 30,437 ounces of gold in the June quarter at its Karlawinda Gold Project (KGP), bringing its total full-year output to 123,589 ounces and achieving the top end of the previously stated guidance range.
The context: Full-year output tracked the company’s production guidance range of 115,000 and 125,000 ounces, with its all-in-sustaining-cost expected to fall within the range of $1,530 to $1,630 per ounce.
By the end of June, the company’s cash and gold reserves reached $507 million, driven by an underlying quarterly cash build of $68.2 million.
Capital expenditure for the Karlawinda Expansion Project (KEP) amounted to $44.8 million, with on-site construction activities now advancing.
