The news: Real estate investment trust Centuria has announced two new fund managers, promoting Belinda Cheung at Centuria Office REIT, and appointing Grant Nichols as fund manager and head of listed funds at Centuria Industrial REIT.
The numbers: Cheung joined the company in 2018 and was promoted to assistant fund manager in 2022. She will replace Nichols, who joined Centuria Office REIT in 2019 and will move to Centuria Industrial REIT following his promotion.
The context: Both appointments are effective from 15 April. Nichols will replace Jesse Curtis, who has been promoted to head of funds management at Centuria Industrial REIT.
