Corporate Travel appoints Ana Pederson as permanent CEO
The news: Corporate Travel Management has appointed acting chief executive Ana Pederson as its permanent managing director and CEO, effective today.
The context: Pederson joined the company as global chief commercial officer in October 2024, prior to her appointment as acting CEO in February 2026.
Corporate Travel has been suspended from trading since last August after failing to release its FY25 results. It scrapped its guidance in November, dismissed its UK and Europe CEO Michael Healy in December, and saw founder and managing director Jamie Pherous quit in February.
The company doesn’t expect to recommence trading until at least August after a months-long forensic accounting review by KPMG found that its UK business overcharged customers between FY19 and FY25.
What they said: “Since stepping into the role of acting group CEO, Ana has provided steady and considered leadership during what has been a particularly challenging period for CTM,” said chairman Ewen Crouch.
“She has navigated difficult and complex circumstance with professionalism and composure, maintaining focus on client delivery and support the interests of our people.”
Pederson commented: “I am pleased to continue leading CTM, and our focus is on advancing our priorities with discipline and clarity, while working toward fair and timely outcomes for those affected.
“We remain committed to delivering for our clients and supporting our people, who are at the heart of our business. We know there is more to do, and we are doing everything we can to make meaningful progress.”
