The news: Corporate Travel Management told the exchange that its company secretary and chief legal officer Shelley Sorrenson will resign from the roles effective 14 August.

The company remains in a trading suspension amid an accounting scandal and an ASIC investigation relating to continuous disclosure issues and a potential breach of directors duties.

The context: The company continues to finalise UK remediation after it was found to have overcharged customers and is still in the midst of finalising FY25 and 1H26 accounts.

Initial plans to recommence ASX trading as soon as possible after 30 June 2026 have been pushed back to August 2026 as the accounts are still being finalised.

This is in part because additional matters had been identified during an audit, including one that affects the Australia and New Zealand region.

The board thanked Sorrenson for her contribution to the business. No replacement company secretary has been named.
