The news: Travel agency Corporate Travel Management’s Australia & New Zealand CEO Greg McCarthy will step down and will be replaced by former American Express executive Jo Sully.

The numbers: The company said McCarthy will step down on 30 June, but did not disclose any reason for his departure. He started the role in July 2018 after CTM acquired parts of Platinum Travel Corp, which he co-founded.

The context: Sully will join the company on 5 May. She is a former general manager and regional VP for American Express Global Business Travel.

CTM last month reported a slide in first-half profit on the back of lower revenues from Europe, but flagged earnings growth for the second half.
