Cromwell Property Group's Aust portfolio value grows by $3.5m
The news: Cromwell Property Group’s Australian investment portfolio has increased in value, as of 30 June 2025, according to draft independent valuations.
The numbers: The draft valuations found Cromwell’s Australian investment portfolio had increased by $3.5 million to just under $2.02 billion. This is 0.17% greater than the valuations on 31 December 2024.
Weighted average capitalisation rate for the portfolio lifted slightly to 7.07% from the 6.98% reported at the half-year mark for financial year 2025.
What they said: “The stabilisation of valuations sets the scene for increased activity as markets continue to improve,” Cromwell chief executive Jonathan Callaghan said.
“Cromwell is well positioned to take advantage of this part of the cycle as our focus shifts to deployment of the group’s balance sheet, into well-considered, value accretive growth initiatives."
