Data room platform Ansarada integrates Harvey AI
The news: Virtual data room platform Ansarada will be integrated directly into legal AI tool Harvey under a new partnership to facilitate the movement of documents between the two platforms, which aims to hasten due diligence processes.
The context: Joint customers of both platforms will be able to transfer deal documents from Ansarada data rooms into Harvey AI, enabling AI-powered drafting and analysis.
According to a joint media release, once sell-side permission is granted, documents can be exported from Ansarada to Harvey’s Assistant, Vault, World Add-in and Workflow Builder tools.
In March, Harvey completed a USD200 million ($278.14 million) raise at a valuation of USD11 billion to expand development and hire more staff.
What they said: “By integrating Ansarada’s AI-powered virtual data rooms directly into Harvey, we are giving teams a seamless way to move from secure deal infrastructure to AI-powered analysis and drafting, helping them turn complex transaction data into insights and action faster,” Harvey CEO Winston Weinberg said.
Ansarada managing director Justin Smith said: “The biggest legal firms in ANZ rely on Ansarada to manage high-stakes deal information with the highest levels of security and control.”
