DigiCo declares 6 cent half-year dividend

The news: HMC Capital’s data centre platform DigiCo Infrastructure REIT has declared a half-year dividend of 6 cents per security, just under the expected 7 cents per security consensus expectation, according to Visible Alpha.
The context: DigiCo securities will trade without a dividend from 29 June with the dividend payment expected on or about 28 August.
DigiCo also said it continues to review capital management initiatives. This could include enhanced distributions above funds from operations in FY27 following the agreements to sell the CHI1 and LAX data centre development assets. It will be balanced against accretive growth opportunities.
