The news: Pizza chain Domino's has agreed to sell its commercial printing business Impressu Print Group to a subsidiary of listed marketing company IVE Group for $13.5 million.

The context: Impressu provides digital and offset printing for Domino's franchisees and corporate stores, as well as delivering printing services to other third-party clients.

The deal, expected to complete this month, is not expected to have a material impact on Domino's FY26 earnings outlook.

What they said: "Print advertising continues to be an important advertising channel to reach Domino's customers, however this sale follows a comprehensive business review, designed to deliver a simpler, more consistent Domino's, concentrated on our core business," said Domino's executive chairman Jack Cowin.
