The news: Anastasia Clarke will join property development and fund manager Charter Hall as chief financial officer, replacing Russell Proutt, who is taking the top job at GPT Group, Clarke's current employer.
The numbers: Clarke will begin with Charter Hall on 1 February 2024. Proutt is set to take the reins at GPT no later than 24 March.
The context: Earlier this week, GPT announced Proutt would become the group's next chief executive and managing director, replacing outgoing CEO, Bob Johnston. Clarke is currently CFO at GPT Group, and has previously worked with Dexus and Lendlease.
