Downer EDI signs five-year facilities management contract with Stockland
The news: Infrastructure service provider Downer EDI has secured a five-year partnership with Stockland valued at around $500 million. The deal is for an Integrated Facilities Management contract, commencing 1 August 2026.
The context: Under the contract, Downer will provide integrated facilities management across Stockland’s portfolio including commercial office buildings, shopping centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
There is a further five-year extension option.
What they said: “By leveraging Downer’s purpose-built works management technology platform, we look forward to further enhancing the performance of Stockland’s asset through heightened data utility, transparency and reporting; supporting informed decision making and consistent service quality,” Downer CEO Peter Thompkins said.
