DroneShield inks $50m contract with military customer in Europe
The news: Counter-drone technology company DroneShield has secured a $49.6 million contract with an unnamed European military end-customer.
The numbers: DroneShield said it has now received 15 contracts, totalling over $86.5 million, from the same in-region European reseller that is contractually required to distribute the products to the end-customer.
The context: The contract is for handheld counter-drone systems, associated accessories, and software updates.
DroneShield said it has a large portion of this stock ready to ship, and expects to complete all deliveries in Q1 2026. Cash payments are expected to be fully received in the same period.
