FDC Consolidated shares jump 15% after debuting on the ASX

The news: Shares in FDC Consolidated rocketed 15% to $3.44 at 1:09pm, shooting well above its $3 initial public offering price following its official debut on the ASX at 12:30pm on Thursday under the ticker code ‘FDC’.

The context: This listing follows the commercial construction business lodging its prospectus last month to raise $400 million through the issuance of more than 133 million ordinary shares.

FDC Consolidated generated approximately $1.5 billion in revenue in 2025, with revenue forecast to grow to approximately $1.9 billion by 2027.

Following the float, managing director Russell Grady will transition to chief executive, while Andrew Kearney will serve as chief financial and operating officer.
