Former Linfox boss Annette Carey to join Bapcor board
The news: Former Linfox chief executive Annette Carey will join the board of automotive parts and accessories provider Bapcor on 1 October 2025.
The context: The prolific company director’s last executive role was as interim chief executive of Linfox Armaguard, which she left in 2021. She has also previously served as chief executive and general counsel of Linfox as well as Australia Post’s executive general manager international.
Carey currently serves on the boards of Sigma Healthcare and charter bus operator Kinetic. She will also join the board of Downer EDI on 1 November 2025.
What they said: Bapcor executive chair and CEO Angus McKay said: “[Annette’s] extensive executive and non-executive experience in leading strategic growth across prominent organisations in the logistics and supply chain sectors, will be invaluable to Bapcor”.
