Former Woolies CEO Brad Banducci joins Infratil board

The news: Infratil has appointed Tiffany Fuller and Brad Banducci to its board, effective 19 August and 1 July respectively.

The context: Fuller brings experience in chartered accounting, investment banking and management consulting, and she currently serves in governance roles across Washington H Soul Pattinson, Computershare and Vicinity Centres.

Banducci brings over 35 years of leadership experience, having recently served as CEO of Woolworths from 2016 to 2024.

The company stated that Banducci will be required to retire and seek election at the 2026 annual meeting, while Fuller will do so at the 2027 meeting. The board has determined that both newly appointed directors are independent under NZX listing rules.
