GemLife names ex-Superloop executive Louise Bolger as company secretary

The news: Gemlife Communities has appointed Louise Bolger to the role of joint company secretary role, working alongside current company secretary Fiona van Wyk.
The context: This comes after Ashmit Thakral has stepped down from his role as joint company secretary for the over-60 resort developer but will continue to serve in his primary role as chief financial officer.
Bolger brings more than 15 years of executive experience across corporate law, corporate governance and risk management. She has previously held senior leadership roles at several ASX-listed companies including Superloop, Swoop, EML Payments and Southern Cross Media Group.
