Genesis Energy director Catherine Drayton resigns
The news: Genesis Energy director Catherine Drayton has announced her resignation from the board of the NZD2.66 billion ($2.31 billion) company, effective 23 June 2026.
In an announcement to the ASX, the diversified New Zealand energy operator said Drayton would step down after six years in the role, having served as chair of the audit and risk committee.
Drayton is currently also a director at IAG New Zealand, Warren and Mahoney, and the chair of Connexa Limited and Mint Innovation.
What they said: "The board thanks Catherine for her significant contribution to the company over the last six years, particularly her leadership in governance, strategy and risk management. We extend our appreciation for her service and wish her well," the company said in a statement.
