HMC Capital shares leap after DigiCo inks $1b sale
More news: Shares in HMC Capital rallied in afternoon trade after DigiCo Infrastructure REIT, in which HMC holds an 18% stake, announced a $1 billion sale of its Chicago based facility.
Shares were up 16.87% to $2.94 at 2:53pm AEST.
HMC Capital reaffirms FY26 guidance as DigiCo strikes $1b data centre sale
The news: HMC Capital has reaffirmed its FY26 guidance asits data centre REIT DigiCo announced the $1 billion sales of its Chicago facility this morning.
The numbers: The asset manager is guiding to pre-tax operating earnings per share of above 40 cents. It anticipates funds management EBITDA of $85 million and co-investment distributions of $32 million.
It expects to deliver investment income of over $53 million, and reiterated its dividend guidance of 12 cents per share.
HMC also said it is scaling assets under management (AUM) to more than $3 billion, with over $1 billion of incremental AUM from multiple institutional investors now in advanced documentation.
