HUB24 names Andrew Formica as non-executive director

The news: HUB24 has appointed Andrew Formica as its non-executive director, effective 1 July.
The context: Formica brings over 30 years experience across capital markets and funds management, including serving as CEO of Jupiter Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors, as well as Co-CEO of Janus Henderson.
He currently chairs Magellan Financial and is a non-executive director for BarrenJoey and Vinva Holdings. In his new appointment, he will sit on the People and Culture, Audit and Nomination committees.
