IGO CFO Kathleen Bozanic joins board of Lynas Rare Earths

The news: IGO’s chief financial officer Kathleen Bozanic has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Lynas Rare Earths.

The context: Bozanic has more than 30 years of finance and resource sector experience. She was appointed chief financial officer of IGO in October 2022, after spending three years at the critical minerals miner as a non-executive director.

Bozanic was also previously a partner at Deloitte and has held senior roles at BGC Contracting, Atlas Iron and Mt. Gibson.

She will stand for election as director of Lynas Rare Earths at its annual general meeting on 26 November.
