IGO finance chief Kathleen Bozanic to retire this year
The news: Critical minerals producer IGO has announced that its chief financial officer Kathleen Bozanic will retire in December.
The numbers: Bozanic was appointed IGO's CFO in 2022 after three years as a non-executive director for the company. She will continue in her current role until 31 December.
IGO also advised that its chief people and sustainability officer Sam Retallack has resigned from her role after 13 years with the company. She will leave IGO in the third quarter of 2025.
The context: IGO chief executive Ivan Vella told investors that Bozanic has decided to return to non-executive roles and will remain as CFO until the end of the year while the company searches for her successor.
