Kearney Australia appoints Sarovar Agarwal as managing partner

The news: Kearney Australia has announced its new managing partner Sarovar Agarwal, who began on 1 January, succeeding Adam Dixon who changed role at the end of 2025.
The context: Dixon was elected to Kearney’s Global Board in Q4 2025 and has been appointed as the ANZ chairman. He has spent more than 24 years with the managing consulting firm and spent six years as managing partner.
Before moving into the top job, Agarwal spent four years leading Kearney’s communications, media and technology practice in the Asia Pacific region.
Separately, Kearney’s ANZ energy and resources practice lead Enrico Rizzon has been made the first eminent partner from APAC.
What they said: “I’m excited to be stepping into the managing partner role and leading our exceptional team, especially as the firm marks its 100th year. Thank you to Adam and past unit leads who have built strong foundations and a wonderful culture here at Kearney,” Agarwal said.
Dixon said: “It has been a privilege to lead the ANZ business and see our team grow and develop over the past few years – particularly demonstrating resilience throughout the pandemic.”
“I’m excited to be taking on new opportunities on the Global Board and the local ANZ Chairman role, and to bring regional perspectives into broader strategic discussions. I have no doubt Sarovar will do a great job in the role and I look forward to seeing the unit flourish under his leadership," he said.
