The news: An American subsidiary of travel company Kelsian Group has signed a contract with Worley Field Services, worth about USD59 million ($91 million), to provide workforce transportation services in Louisiana.

The numbers: Hotard Coaches, a subsidiary of Kelsian’s All Aboard America! Holdings, signed a binding contract with Worley Field Services to deliver its services in the roughly three-year period from June 2025 to August 2028.

Hotard is estimated to require an initial investment of USD13 million in the first half of financial year 2026 to meet the expected vehicle deployment needs.

The context: The scope, volume and schedule of transportation services will vary with the needs of the construction site. Worley is the engineering, procurement and construction contractor for the Venture Global LNG CP2 export facility development in Louisiana, US.

Kelsian does not currently anticipate a material earnings contribution in financial year 2026 while the LNG CP2 project is “in its mobilisation and ramp up phase”.
