Life360 completes acquisition of Nativo, hits record monthly users
The news: Family connection software company Life360 has announced the completion of its acquisition of advertising technology business Nativo for USD120 million ($184 million), comprising 65% cash and 35% stock.
Life360 also reported record monthly active users of more than 50 million in the United States, representing one of the largest and most engaged first-party networks for family tracking.
The context: According to Life360, the acquisition will extend the reach of its contextual insights, offering advertisers a single system for targeting and creative development. The company said brands will be able to reach families through context-rich storytelling formats and more accurately measure verified real-world outcomes.
