MA Financial appoints Cathy Yuncken as director

The news: Asset manager MA Financial has appointed industry veteran Cathy Yuncken as an independent non-executive director.

The context: Yuncken will also join the company’s board audit and risk committee. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

She has previously served in executive leadership positions in GE Capital, Commonwealth Bank and Westpac, and has been an executive director on the advisory boards of BankSA and Bank of Melbourne.
