Megaport halves interim loss to $3.3m
The news: Megaport reported a first-half underlying net loss of $3.3 million, excluding acquisition costs related to Latitude.sh for $15.8 million.

Group revenue rose 6% to $134.9 million from a year prior, beating consensus estimates of $130 million.
Earnings before interest and tax came in at $35.3 million.

The context: During the six months ended December 2025, Megaport completed the acquisition of Latitude.sh, adding USD45 million ($63 million) in annual recurring revenue.
The company lowered its FY26 revenue guidance to a range of between $302 million and $317 million, and expects earnings before tax and interest to be 21% to 24% of the revenue.
