The news: Megaport has secured four new AI infrastructure contracts worth approximately $458.9 million and launched an entitlement offer to raise $827.3 million to fund the capital expenditure required to deliver the contracts and establish a GPU pool.

The context: The enterprise tech company said the four contracts will require approximately $369.5 million in incremental capital expenditure, primarily for Nvidia GPUs. The contracts are expected to commence in the first half of FY27, with around $199 million in annual recurring revenue to be recognised incrementally as the hardware becomes operational.

Megaport remains in a trading halt until 5 June after launching its $827.3 million entitlement offer, with proceeds to be used to fund high performance Nvidia GPUs and establish an on-demand GPU pool.

The company has narrowed its FY26 revenue guidance to a range of $307 million to $315 million, and reaffirmed its FY26 capital expenditure guidance of between $90 million and $100 million.
