Mirvac appoints Janelle Hopkins as non-executive director

The news: Mirvac has appointed Janelle Hopkins as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 June, having previously served as the chief financial officer at REA Group.

The context: Hopkins brings over 25 years experience in senior finance and leadership roles, having previously held executive positions across REA Group, Australia Post and NAB.

She currently serves on the boards of Melbourne Business School and the Alannah and Madeline Foundation, chairing the audit and risk committees for both organisations.
