Monadelphous inks $120m in resource, energy deals
The news: Engineering company Monadelphous has secured new maintenance and construction contracts across the resource and renewable energy sectors valued at around $120 million.
The context: The contracts include a five-year panel agreement to provide crane and lifting services across Rio Tinto’s mining facilities, alongside an additional three-year contract for sustaining capital services.
The company has also secured a construction contract from Fortescue for its battery energy storage system, as well as a three-year structural and maintenance services contract with Port Waratah Coal Services.
