Monadelphous shares lift on double contract win
More news: Shares in Monadelphous climbed after the engineering group announced two new contract wins for projects with energy giants Shell and Origin.
Monadelphous shares were up 1.7% to $17.49 at 1pm AEST, extending gains to around 25% since the turn of the year.
Monadelphous lands $100m in new Shell, Origin contracts
The news: Engineering group Monadelphous has secured two new energy sector contracts valued at more than $100 million.
The context: Monadelphous agreed a contract with Technip Energies to provide services at Shell's Crux gas field off the east coast of Western Australia. Work is expected to be completed in late 2026.
Separately, the company's fabrication services business Inteforge has secured a two-year extension to its master goods agreement with Origin Energy to continue supplying wellsite equipment for Australia Pacific LNG in Queensland.
