Monvia shares lift on ASX debut

The news: Monvia has officially started trading on the ASX at midday on Friday under the ticker “MNV”, with its shares rising 1.82% from the initial offer price to $1.12 per share as of 12:42pm AEST.

The context: Monvia operates as an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides mission-critical software for regulatory and actuarial processes.

The company reported FY26 revenue of $27.4 million, including annual recurring revenue of $14 million as of 1 July.

Following its initial public offering (IPO), Monvia has a market capitalisation of approximately $103.5 million. The company raised $17.5 million through the IPO, with the capital expected to fund its domestic growth strategy and product development.

It currently has 100 staff based in Australia and eight in the Philippines, with $1.7 million from the IPO raise earmarked as growth capital for international expansion into South East Asia.
