NextDC appoints Deborah Page to its board

The news: NextDC has appointed experienced company director Deborah Page to its board, effective 1 November 2025.
The context: Page is currently a member of the federal government’s Takeovers Panel and is a non-executive director at Growthpoint Property Group, Magellan Financial Group, Brickworks and The Star Entertainment Group.
She has previously served as chair of Pendal Group and Investa Listed Funds Management. Other companies she has held non-executive director roles at include Service Stream, Australian Renewable Fuels, Investa Property Group and GBST Holdings.
What they said: “Mrs Page AM brings a wealth of experience to the NextDC board and an enviable reputation and an enviable reputation,” NextDC chair Douglas Flynn said.
