Nine Entertainment names Martyn Roberts as new CFO

The news: Media group Nine Entertainment has appointed former Ramsay Health Care and Coca-Cola Amatil finance chief Martyn Roberts as its new chief financial officer, effective 8 September.
The context: Acting CFO Graeme Cassells, who has held the interim role since October last year, is set to retire at the end of 2025.
Roberts has been chief financial officer at hospital operator Ramsay Health Care since 2020, following four years as finance boss at Coca-Cola Amatil. He previously held senior executive roles at Woolworths and Luis Vuitton.
What they said: "I am delighted to welcome Martyn to Nine," said CEO Matt Stanton. "He brings extensive experience across a range of consumer-related industries, which together with his financial pedigree and ASX-market experience, makes him a great fit with Nine."
"I'd also like to acknowledge Graeme Cassells who stepped into the role as acting CFO, and was a great support to me particularly as we worked through Nine2028 and the sale of our stake in Domain."
