The news: Construction and mining contractor NRW Holdings’ chief financial officer Richard Simons has resigned from the role.

The numbers: Simons joined the company in late 2022 and had been part of the NRW executive team.

The context: The company did not disclose the reason for Simons' resignation, but said it will undertake a search process for a new CFO. In the interim, finance executive Alexander Hall will be acting CFO. He has been part of the financial team since 2007, the company said.
