NRW Holdings secures $160m in electrical and mechanical contracts across NT, SA and Vic
The news: NRW Holdings’ subsidiary Fredon has secured around $160 million in contracts for electrical, mechanical and design projects across the infrastructure and health sectors.
The context: The contracts entail $110 million in electrical works in the Northern Territory, a $23 million design and construct contract for the Festivals Tower project and $24 million for the Mt Barker Hospital project in South Australia, as well as a $5 million design and construct package for the Oakleigh Bus Depot in Victoria.
What they said: “I am excited to see the growth opportunities being harnessed by Fredon since acquisition, particularly in sectors where demand for specialised electrical capability has increased, such as infrastructure and renewables,” NRW CEO Jules Pemberton said.
