The news: Software group Nuix has finalised its acquisition of French graph-powered AI decision platform Linkurious, having received Foreign Direct Investment approval in France.

The numbers: Nuix said that it completed its upfront cash payment of $27 million, funded by $20 million from debt and the balance from Nuix’s existing cash reserves. The remaining $30 million of Nuix’s upsized debt facilities remains largely undrawn.

Additionally, Nuix updated its full-year annualised contract value (ACV) following the acquisition, advising that it now expects full-year ACV to be in the range of $252 million to $272 million. The increase is a result of integrating Linkurius ACV to the prior range guided in its 1H26 results, which set its 2026 ACV range at $240 million to $260 million.

The context: Nuix announced the acquisition in early December, with the purchase of its existing technology partner building on Nuix’s innovation roadmap by incorporating Linkurious’ graph technology and data visualisation capabilities into its offering.

Completion of the transaction was expected to close during the first quarter of this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including Foreign Direct Investment approval in France.
