Perpetual names Suzanne Evans as new CFO, Chris Green to depart

The news: Fund manager Perpetual has appointed First Sentier Investors finance boss Suzanne Evans as its new chief financial officer.

Outgoing CFO Chris Green, who has served in the role since 2018, will move to an advisory role from 1 July to support the transition, and is expected to leave the company towards the end of the year.

The context: Evans has been at investment manager First Sentier Investors since 2017, most recently serving as chief financial and strategy officer. She previously held senior executive roles at construction group Lendlease and investment manager Challenger.
